Find out how you can log in to the Vaira App using normal login and single sign-on (SSO).
There are two principles you can use to log in to the Vaira app.
Good to know: Your Vaira account is valid for the Vaira Office and the Vaira app. You can log in to both applications with the same e-mail address and password or with the same single sign-on account. Depending on your authorization, however, you may not be able to see everything that your administrator can see. In this case, please contact the person responsible for role and rights management in Vaira at your company.
Also: An internet connection is required to log in. Only after logging in can you use the app offline until you log out. However, data can only be synchronized with Vaira via an Internet connection.
Your Vaira login details
To be able to log in to Vaira, your administrator must have added you to their company account. You will then receive an email asking you to set a password for your account. Only then can you log in to Vaira.

Also: If you want to use Vaira for the first time and your company does not yet have an account - i.e. you do not yet have an admin – you can request a free or paid license via our website.
Log in to the Vaira app
Open your Vaira app. You now have several options for logging in. In the upper part, log in with your Vaira data. In the lower section, you currently have four options for logging in to the Vaira app using single sign-on (SSO).
Log in with your Vaira data
First enter your e-mail address. Then click on Next.
Good to know: If you get an error message here that the email address or user is not known, check whether your email address is the correct one that you used when registering with Vaira. If so, please contact your administrator and have them check whether your user account is active.
In the next step, you will be asked for your password. Enter this too. Click on Next and Vaira will log you into your account.

Log in via third-party providers using single sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on authenticates your access via an external service provider.
- Click on the corresponding button of the provider.
- Enter your account details with this provider.
- If the provider wants to create a new account even though you only wanted to log in, make sure that you are logging in to the provider with the correct linked account. Otherwise, create a completely new account via the provider.
- If the login does not work, please contact your administrator to check the configuration of your SSO with the provider.
Important: Single sign-on does not use the Vaira login data. Instead, you use the login data of the respective provider (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Apple or Georg Fischer).
