Find out here how you can log in to the Vaira Office.
There are two principles according to which you can log in to Vaira Office. It is important that you have an existing company account or are assigned to such an account. You can obtain this via a trial license or a normal license for Vaira. If you do not have a company account, please contact our sales team for access.
Good to know: Your Vaira account is valid for Vaira Office and the Vaira app. You can log in to both applications with the same email address and password or with the same single sign-on account. Depending on your authorization, however, you may not be able to see everything that your administrator can see. In this case, please contact the person responsible for role and rights management in Vaira at your company.
Logging in via Vaira data
Both as the first administrator and as a normal user, you will receive an email with an invitation to Vaira. Administrators receive the email after activating the license, users then receive it from the administrator, who can add them as users in Vaira.
You set your personal password via email. You can then log in to both applications with your email address and your chosen password: both in the Vaira app and in Vaira Office. To do this, enter your email address and password and click on the “Log in” button.
Logging in via third-party providers using single sign-on (SSO)
You can use single sign-on to authenticate your access via an external service provider.
- Click on the button of the provider relevant to you.
- Enter the data you use with this provider.
- If the provider wants to create a new account even though you only wanted to log in, make sure that you are logging in to the provider with the correct linked account. Otherwise, create a completely new account via the provider.
- If the login does not work, please contact your administrator to check the configuration of your SSO with the provider.
Good to know: Your Vaira login data is not requested for SSO, but rather the login data you have stored with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Georg Fischer. The login window you see here has nothing to do with Vaira. You land on the interface of the respective provider, log in with them and the provider then automatically reports to Vaira via an interface who you are and that you are authorized.

For Apple you will see this dialog:
And Georg Fischer asks you for your login data:
Single sign-on allows you to use the same access account for different services. After logging in via SSO for the first time, you can also log in by simply clicking on the relevant account without having to enter your details again.
